Industry Experience

Bill has held senior management positions in several organizations including the U.S. Department of Energy and BASF Corporation. While Director of Corporate Communications at BASF, Bill proposed and became responsible for the development of one of the first large scale Intranets in the United States. This on-line system enables more than 25,000 employees to access a variety of information at their desktop computer. In 1994 Bill was one of the founding partners of Webb Interactive (Nasdaq: WEBB), a Denver-based Web development and e-commerce company. Today, Bill helps international clients learn about and take advantage of the practical business applications of the Internet. Bill has helped some of the nations leading companies including Kaiser Permanente, Columbia Healthcare, Cahners, Sprint, INVESCO, RE/MAX and TCI International design and implement interactive Web sites that provide communication services to employees and customers. Bill regularly consults with companies to help create successful Internet-based businesses.

Presentation Experience

Bill regularly gives presentations and keynotes about the Internet at national conferences, company and organizational meetings and bookstores. He has led workshops that focus on business solutions for executives of major corporations including JD Edwards, Ciba-Geigy, Citibank and INVESCO. He has been a keynote speaker at major conferences including Internet World, Discover Card, Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals, Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Jeppessen, International Inflight Association, Society of Information Management, Council of Engineers, Scientist and Society Executives, and International Expositions. Because he combines a thorough knowledge of the practical applications of the Internet and computers with a fun and interactive presentation, Bill has an extremely active speaking schedule.

Bill has written numerous articles and books that focus on the practical applications and technologies involved in delivering information electronically.
